By placing an order from Stuart Moore Photography, you agree to the terms below. If you have any problem with your order I will do my best to put it right.
Unframed prints are sent in protective packaging by Royal Mail Tracked 24®. Courier services (next day or same day if in London) are available at additional cost. Please contact me for details.
Print orders can take up to 1-2 weeks to reach you by post, though usually it will be much quicker than this. All prints are made to order from a professional lab in central London.
I only post to mainland UK addresses. Please get in touch if you would like to purchase from outside the UK and I will try to help.
If you have a deadline and would like to ensure you have your item in time, please get in touch and I will do my best to meet your deadline. Unfortunately I cannot be responsible for delays in the postal system or with couriers. Faster delivery options will incur additional courier costs.
Framed prints are for collection only, from my home address which is 5 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central station (Victoria Line and Chingford/Liverpool St Overground services). Once your framed print is ready for collection, I will contact you by email or phone (if a phone number has been provided) to arrange a convenient time for collection.
Please wait for an email confirmation and a pre-arranged collection date/time before travelling to avoid disappointment.
Collections are via prior arrangement only.
Payments can be made securely online via my website or via WhatsApp using all major credit and debit cards. Once a quote has been accepted a secure link will be sent for payment.
Returns Policy As all prints are made to order, orders cannot be returned unless faulty. In the very unlikely event that a print arrives damaged, it will be replaced with a new print free of charge including delivery.
If you have any problems with your order please contact me within 14 days of receipt of your order so that I can put things right.
After 14 days I will assume that you are happy with your print.
